Phase 2

  • Discuss budget
  • Explore financing options
  • Begin plan creation process with our plan designer
  • Professional service agreement signed and deposit paid

Phase 3

  • Building site review
  • Site survey (topography, set backs, lot features marked)

phase 4

  • preliminary plans completed (floor plans, front, side and rear elevation, site plan)
  • begin engineering blueprints

phase 5

  • engineering blueprints completed
  • discuss allowances (lighting, plumbing, countertops, flooring, appliances, etc.)
  • compile pricing

phase 6

  • present pricing to customer
  • sign building contract
  • 10% deposit

Phase 7

  • Begin cabinet design process and start interior and exterior color selection
  • All allowance items finalized

Phase 8

  • Completed Set of floor plans for customer approval
  • Submit necessary documents to lender, HOA and ACC
  • Construction loan closed

phase 9

  • Pre- construction meeting (address any questions) on site
  • Start of construction (slab, ground plumbing and framing)
  • Builder framing Inspection

phase 10

  • Electrical, Plumbing, Insulation, Dry-wall
  • Low Voltage walk-through
  • Begin cabinets and completion of residence

phase 11

  • Builder inspection, walk through
  • Pre-Closing Homeowner walk through and punch list
  • Punch list completion meeting with homeowners
  • Closing, homeowner walk through demo and key presentation.
